These folks do a great job for us, twice a year, at a reasonable price. Each tech is an absolute professional. Austin was here today and discovered a leak and the cause. He simply had to make minor adjustments, instead of selling us something we did not need.

The person that came out did an awesome job. I had him come out to just move a sprinkler head but while he was here he adjusted all the sprinkler heads and found a leak which he stayed late to fix.

Austin with Turf Etc changed out my system controller. He also fixed a sprinkler issue I didn't even know about, got everything programmed, explained it all to me, and added a rain sensor for me. I feel more confident using the sprinkler system now but I know if I ever need help these guys will be there!

Skylar worked with me over the phone to turn off the sprinkler system and prevent damage while we waited for the technician to arrive. When I was unable to get the water stopped on my own, she found someone to swing by and shut it off, and she even followed up after hours to make sure we were okay. When the technician came out the next day, he was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue. He also took the time to show me how to turn off the water in the future in case we have another issue and reviewed the setup to ensure adequate watering was occurring due to the change in weather since turning on the system for the year. Exceptional service and care all around!

Landon installed my sprinkler system 5-6 years ago. He comes out yearly to do the backflow test, check all the sprinkler heads and run the system before the season begins. His office staff is very accommodating and other technicians very polite and knowledgeable. I can text Landon with a question at any time and he is prompt to return a text or call.
