Synthetic Turf Installation

Synthetic Turf is a great grass alternative for small or large areas of the lawn. It is more durable than grass and easily maintained without irrigation or trimming, although periodic cleaning is necessary.

The process of installing Synthetic Turf involves preparing the base by excavating the dirt and installing base rock and compacting the base layer. An important next step is measuring and cutting the turf itself to properly fit and fully cover the desired area. Once the turf has been laid, it needs to be secured with stapes and glued at the seams. Applying infill will be the final step which provides stability, support, and cushioning and also helps with drainage and the overall protection of the turf.
